Zoo 8.13.13

In an attempt to utilize our zoo membership AND have a great day with our friends, Logan and I joined Karen, Craig, and Brett for a zoo day.  The weather was terrific the animals were spot on and the company was delightful!  This was our third time to the zoo in 4 months and you'd think it might get old...ummm, nope!  I think Logan and I could visit the zoo everyday and never tire of watching the animals do their thing.  For todays visit though, the bears get the prize.  I had never seen them like this before...just so active.  At one point, one of the bears got up on this big rock and started talking like there was no tomorrow, it was impressive and a bit scary all at the same time.  Today we also got to do something that we've never done before at the zoo...we (the boys that is) made elephant poo paper.  It was a little gross, but cool too.  Another neat experience at the zoo.
