Soccer Game #3 9.28.13

And here comes the rain!  Well, I guess I should be thrilled that we made it until the last weekend in September before we got rained on during a soccer game.  So not only is this year only boys, it's also the year that they start having a goalie and an official referee, AND it's the first year where it's been made clear that unless there is lightning, these kids are playing in any and all weather conditions.  Yowsers.  So, with Logan as bundled up as I could get him and with my umbrella, coffee, and camera in hand (which was awfully tricky by the way) we headed out for game number three.  Unfortunately, Mike had to work for this one, but Michelle was able to come and she brought her mom and stepdad as well.  So the four of us hunkered down and watched our boys fight it out in the rain, but to no avail.  The good news is that Logan had a blast!  Bless those boys and their coaches!

Oh have I mentioned that the soccer fields are in the flight path of the airport nearby.
