Children's Art Festival 7.20.13

For our first day back home after vacation, we headed out early to join Karen, Craig, and Brett at the Children's Art Festival.  Every year our community puts on this killer festival for the kids.  There have everything from crafts, prizes, free flowers, food, a bouncy house, face painting, an obstacle course, shows, and everything in between.  This year we ran into a bunch of friends as well, which was awesome.  The kids saw a magic show and Logan was totally amazed...I loved seeing his face light up with wonder as to how the magician was doing what he was doing!  The reptile man was also there which of course all the boys loved.  We only spent a couple hours there, but it was awesome!!  I'm so grateful for my community and all the volunteers for their time and effort.

Painting the dead fish is always a hit...unfortunately, this year, when we went to go get Logan's after allowing it to dry, his was gone.  There was another one with the name Logan on it so we think someone accidently grabbed ours.  :o(

Any guesses as to what Logan is into these days?

This year they had people there making wooden tops...the kids got to choose the colors.  It was so cool.

We ended our day with face painting...ah, my little monster!
